Search for text and replace it in bulk, safely and efficiently
1) Open the Find & Replace Task
From the dashboard, click Find & Replace. In the modal, enter the text to find and the replacement text. You can optionally enable case sensitivity.
2) Choose Your Folder
Click Select Folder and choose the directory that contains the documents to be updated. The app will only process .docx files.
3) Preview the Plan (Recommended)
Skim your inputs to ensure accuracy. If needed, run a small subset first to validate results and formatting.
4) Run and Monitor
Click Proceed to start. The log shows each file processed and the number of matches replaced. You can stop at any time.
5) Validate and Export
Open a few edited documents to verify changes, then download the updated files or a ZIP archive.
